Rodrigo Burgos was an invited speaker representing the Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA), the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP) and UIC at the XXII Congress of the Panamerican Association of Infectious Diseases, which was hosted by the Peruvian Society of Infectious and Tropical Diseases (https://apiperu2025.com) in Lima, Peru July 2-5, 2025. He presented two topics: "Sexually Transmitted Infections Globally and in the Americas" and "Two-drug Regimens for Treatment of HIV" for infectious diseases experts from the Americas.
